In my Initial Assessment we will strategize to map out exactly how to get to your body transformation goals.
First we will discuss your:
•Health and injury history and physical capabilities.
• Nutrition restrictions
• Beginning front, side and back photos
• Weight and height
Next I will determine exactly how we can create a plan that makes sense for you and accommodates our busy lifestyles.
Personalized Training Programs
The frequency , intensity and volume training that match ones specific goals, physical abilities, and transformation goals.
We will be working with
I provide new training cycles to progress you properly to your goal bi weekly.
Each program is specific and is the most optimal programming for you and your transformation goals.
You get the order of exercises that must be completed with the number of sets and reps to complete.
Also the correct timing for rest periods between and specific muscle groups you are targeting.
I will provide everything needed to be as specific and clear as possible for each workout and I have 24 hour email support to answer questions.
Customized Nutrition Coaching Plan
Coaching and Education is important here; I will work with you to help you understand how Nutrition in food works. I will design a plan to make sure it fits your lifestyles needs. Whether your a single bunny a traveling bunny or a bunny that is responsible for your family's needs I will design the best program for you.
Each plan includes a meal frequency plan that fits your schedule and needs. Also I provide a specific calorie target and macronutrient ratios for your body and transformation goals.
Non-calorie/macronutrient based plans are provided for those who do not need or desire to track these numbers and wants a life style plan.
Support & Accountability
• I provide weekly updates to keep your program on point and progressing properly.
• All programs are changed based on biweekly weigh ins and pictures.
• Bi weekly phone calls or Skype to go over specific questions and concerns. (Limited to type of program).
• 100 % 24-7 access me for questions, support, motivation, exercise critiques or just need accountability.

Because I personally travel often. I understand the challenges and importance of staying healthy and on track with my fitness goals. So know need to worry about all that, I got you covered!
I will create an adjustable training program to fit whatever is available for you in the area you are traveling. I will also help search surrounding areas to help you find the appropriate nutritional strategy and keeping your diet on track.
